We want you to feel comfortable during every treatment. If you’re nervous about your dental procedure, ask us about oral sedation. We’ll prescribe a medication in the form of a pill which is taken a few minutes prior to your appointment. The medication will help you feel at ease, but you’ll be fully awake and in control during the entire treatment. If you don’t like taking pills, we can also offer nitrous oxide, which is an inhaled gas that provides similar sedation effects. The effects wear off soon after the gas is turned off, and helps you remain calm even during lengthy procedures. Since your time is important to us, and we know that being numb for hours after treatment can be disruptive to your routine, we can provide OraVerse, a medication which reverses the effects of numbing anesthesia in half the time as letting it wear off naturally.
